Nestle postpones 10 bln rbl Novosibirsk Region plant building

NOVOSIBIRSK, Nov 2 (PRIME) -- Nestle Purina PetCare, part of Switzerland's Nestle, has postponed construction of a 10 billion ruble pet feed plant in the Novosibirsk Region, Deputy Governor Sergei Semka said on Wednesday.

"Concerning Nestle… an investment project was announced last year. Unfortunately, it was postponed so far," Semka said.

The company planned to launch the first production stage in 2023 and the capacity could total 75,000 tonnes of feed per year.
